Letting your property Quickly

As landlords ourselves we know the frustration of having a vacant property. We will provide our market valuation and agree a rent which will enable us to find the right tenant. We use the major property portals as well as local press advertising where appropriate.

Regular Inspections

All properties managed by us are subject to a three monthly inspection. This is one of our most important functions as it maintains a link with the tenant and enables us to check that the property is being maintained as set out in the tenancy agreement. Our first inspection will always take place 4-6 weeks after the new tenancy has commenced. A report with photographs will be available for our landlords.

24 Hour Information Access

All our landlords are able to access their account and obtain upto date information online for their properties.


It is important that repairs are carried out professionally and quickly to ensure good relations with tenants and to protect your property.

All our work will be carried out at cost with no additional charges levied by us. Skilled and qualified tradesmen will carry out the work. We will always try to contact you the landlord for authorisation before we go ahead with the work.

We do however ask that an automatic authority for repairs is given up to £250 for emergency repairs that are a statutory requirement or where we feel further damage will occur to the property if not carried out immediately.
